Shipping policy

At Had To Buy, we source products from trusted suppliers both within Australia and around the world to bring you a great range of unique products at competitive prices.

Please allow 7–15 business days for processing and delivery of your order. While most orders arrive within this timeframe, some deliveries may take up to 21 business days, depending on the product, destination, customs processing (where applicable), and your local delivery carrier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information (where available) so you can follow its journey. While we work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, delivery times are ultimately determined by Australia Post and our shipping partners.

If you need an item for a special occasion or by a specific date, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow plenty of time for delivery.
